Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 26 Jun 2018 until Sat 29 Sept 2018, Mon - Wed 10am - 8pm, Thur 9am - 6pm, Fri 9am - 5pm and Sat 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Sept 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!) 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 1: cut and blow dry is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Option 2: valid for a half head of highlights or another colour service of similar value, please discuss directly with salon.
• Option 2: Highlights may not be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding but they are suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss with the salon directly. 
• Option 2: Half head of highlights can be substituted for a regrowth tint or full head glossing; please discuss directly with salon. Patch test may be required for colour; please discuss directly with salon. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon when booking.
• Valid for a head stylist. 
• No wheelchair access. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
