Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Jul 2017 until Sat 26 Aug 2017 , Wed, Fri & Sat 9am – 6pm; subject to weather and tidal conditions.
• Please call St Andrews Sea Safari at 6pm the evening before you are booked in to ensure the trip is still going ahead.
• Excludes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Aug 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Members can only reschedule the booking date once.
• Duration: approx. 1 hour including life jacket fitting.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Not Suitable for under 4's. Children ages 4 - 15 years old can use voucher if accompanied by an adult; children will be given a fitted life jacket.
• Not suitable for elderly, those who are pregnant or anyone with back or neck problems.
• Maximum of 11 passengers per boat. Minimum of 5 passengers per trip; if there are less than 5 passengers members will be contacted by St Andrews & Elie Sea Safari at least 3 days prior and sailing will be rescheduled.
• All members are advised to wear appropriate clothing. Fitted life vests are provided, but be advised that even on warm summer days, travelling at speed at sea level can be chilly.
• Weather dependent; tour times on each date are entirely dependent on tides and weather, and can be cancelled last minute.
• The decision on whether or not a trip goes ahead is at the Skipper's discretion. Please note that they would normally consider sailing if it is misty or raining.
• Parking is adjacent to harbour and costs £2 per day.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure time; boat will depart on time so it is essential to arrive 15 minutes early.
• Meeting point: Elie Harbour, Elie: KY9 1DT.
• If the trip is cancelled, you will be offered a chance to reschedule or a refund will be issued.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
