• Voucher is valid until 31st March 2016; 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes: 12th, 13th & 14th Feb 2016
• Voucher must be booked by 12th March 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher 
• Weekends have limited availability; please book well in advance 
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted but cannot be used for consecutive nights stays 
• Max of 2 vouchers per member
• Double or twin Kings & Queens room available; upgrades to Monarch Suite for a supp charge are subject to availability; please discuss direct with Fernie Castle 
• Cream tea must be taken on day of arrival
• Pets permitted; max 2 per room
• Children permitted when sharing with adult; supp charge of £15 per child per night for 0-3yrs & supp charge of £30 per child per night for ages 3-12yrs (over 12s are classed as adults); max 2 per room 
• Free parking
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
