• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec 2019 until Mon 30 Dec 2019, 7 days, 2pm – 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 -26 Dec 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Festive afternoon tea with tea or coffee. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Options 2 - 4 include a glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 3 includes access to the leisure facilities including swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym.
• Wheelchair access available.
• No children permitted. Over 18s only.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
