• Voucher is valid from Fri 27 Sep 2019 until Fri 29 Nov 2019; valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 Oct 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to the hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 11am.
• Superior double, standard double or twin room available; subject to availability.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3 include a 2 course dinner each; choice of starter and main or main and dessert. Option 3 is valid for dinner on the first night only.
• Menu is subject to seasonal change. A supplementary charge of £7pp is required for ribeye steak; payable directly to restaurant.
• Vegetarian options are available. Gluten / wheat free options are not available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; this would require upgrade to a family room at a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; includes breakfast only.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
