• Voucher is valid until Wed 27 Sept 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 4 Sept 2017 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only; telephone and emails bookings will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Please note the hotel is undergoing refurbishment and there may be noise / disruption; back rooms view to construction area.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Maximum of 2 per person. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night at the hotel's standard rates; please discuss at time of booking.
• Max of 3 children permitted; family room upgrade required at £30 per room per night. Under 2s stay free of charge, supplements apply to children above this age – please call the hotel directly to discuss rates.
• No pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
