Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 23 Dec 2021, 7 days 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Fri - Sun in December.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 9 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.
• Afternoon tea only with choice of tea or coffee. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Includes a glass of fizz each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Limited wheelchair access available. Please note there are no disabled facilities.
• Children permitted.
• Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
