• Voucher is valid from Wed 20 Nov 2019 until Fri 31 Jan 2020, Tue - Sat 10am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays, Mondays and 23 Dec 2019 - 6 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Jan 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Options 1 & 2: Express dermaplane only. Treatment duration approx. 30 mins including consultation. Treatment is not recommended for anyone with active acne, rosacea or oily skin. Retinol products must be stopped 5 – 7 days prior to treatment.
• Option 3: Choice of fire and ice medical facial, signature facial, microdermabrasion, vitamin C peel and LED light therapy or ESPA facials. Treatment duration approx. 60 mins including consultation. Suitable for all skin types.

• SPF must be worn following facial as there is an increased risk of skin damage to the new skin that is exposed.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
