Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 5 Sep 2017 until Sat 23 Dec 2017, Tue 9.30am - 5pm, Wed 1.30pm - 5pm, 9.30am - 12 noon, Fri 10.30am - 12.30pm and Sat 9.30am - 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sunday and Monday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Dec 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Treatment duration: approx. 1 hr inclusive of health consultation.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Suitable for men and women.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy; suitable from 4 months after birth and during breastfeeding. 
• For cancer sufferers/those in remission please discuss directly with oncologist as to the suitability of a massage using essential oils.
• Deal is valid for fully qualified therapists 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
