• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 Oct 2016 until Thur 22 Dec 2016, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Friday and Saturday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Dec 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Sorry, multiple voucher purchases are not permitted; one voucher per person and one additional voucher as a gift.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 4pm, check out 10am. 
• Standard wigwam, glamping dome or woodland cabin available.
• Wigwams & domes – please bring crockery & cutlery.
• Wigwams, domes & woodland cabins – please bring towels.
• Wigwams: sleeps two – 2 x single beds (pull out extra bed between two singles); beds converted into seating during daytime.
• Domes: sleeps two – 1 x double bed or 2 x single beds.
• Woodland cabins: sleeps four - 1 bedroom either zip & link beds or bunkbeds in cabins. Zip & link layout – 1x double bed or 2 x twin beds, 1 x pull down wall bed, 1 x double sofa bed. Bunkbed layout – 2 x bunk beds, 1 x double sofa bed. Members can request which they prefer at time of booking; subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Loch Tay Highland Lodges.
• Bedding is not included in wigwams, domes or woodland cabins.
• Please bring duvet & duvet cover (or sleeping bag), pillow & pillowcases, bottom sheet which must be king size or 2 single sheets (for domes only). Alternatively, sleeping bags can be hired at £5 each or duvet, sheets and pillows at £10 each; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges.
• Sorry, no Stag and Hen parties permitted.
• Glamping domes do not have electricity.
• Wigwams have electricity which is not charged.
• Woodland cabins have electricity which is charged, cards are available from reception in £1 and £5 amounts. They typically use £4 a day; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges.
• Wigwams, domes and woodland cabins all have external fire pit’s, logs are available at reception for £7.50 per batch; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges.
• Domes and woodland cabins have internal stoves which require logs.
• Logs / coal need to be pre-ordered at time of booking.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted; children under 3 stay free of charge and children 3 – 14 require a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges. Max of 2 children.
• Additional adults can stay in wigwams or domes for a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges. Please discuss at time of booking.
• Pets are permitted in wigwams and cabins for a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per stay; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges. Max of 2 pets. Sorry pets are not permitted in domes.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
