Voucher is valid from Mon 27 May 2019 until Wed 18 Sept 2019, Mon or Wed arrivals only for two nights; subject to availability. 

Excludes Thurs – Sun. 

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 21 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).  

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.   

Multiple purchases not permitted.  

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

Free onsite parking available. 

One tent contains a double bed and the other contains twin beds which can be configured as a kingsize bed; discuss set up directly with the venue.

Members may be able to upgrade to a room within the hotel, please discuss with Cambo Estate at time of booking

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with venue. 

A locally sourced breakfast can be arranged for £15.95 per person; please discuss directly with the venue.

Cooking can be done in the woodland kitchen which has a BBQ and a gas hob.

Cambo Estate has a café onsite where members are welcome.

Each tent has power and an outdoor fire pit to share.

Please note; bedding not included, each bed will have a mattress cover and sheet.

Members can upgrade to include bedding; £19.50 for a double bed or £14.50 for the single beds, includes 2 pillows, duvet, Egyptian cotton sheets and bath towels.

Members can upgrade to include a kitchen box for £14.50 with a £10 deposit and a best intent hamper for £49, please find inclusions here; payable directly to the venue.

Children permitted; included in the headcount.

Sorry, no pets permitted. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.  

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
