Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Dec 2017 until Wed 28 Feb 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for family room stays on Friday and Saturday; payable directly to hotel.

Excludes 9, 10, 15, 16, 22 – 26, 31 Dec 2017 and 9, 10 Feb 2018.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 14 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double rooms or standard family room available; 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

Room can accommodate 2 adults, 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults; please discuss directly with hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes continental breakfast served between 7.30am - 9.30am.

Children permitted; cot can be provided for children under 2yrs free of charge, please discuss directly with hotel.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
