Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sat 30 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes  24 – 31 Dec 2018  and 14 – 16 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm – 10pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard and loch view ensuite rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main course each from the restaurant menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.  A supplementary charge of £5 is required for rib eye steak; payable directly to hotel. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco or wine on arrival; cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children permitted; under 2 years stay free with cots free of charge, ages 2 - 5 years require a supplementary charge of  £12.50, ages 6 – 12 years £17.50 and ages 13 – 15 years £25.50 per person per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Well behaved dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £5 per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note hotel reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of £50 for any damage to the hotel during the stay. The hotel reserve the right to refuse any dog that they deem to be inappropriately behaved. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dogs are allowed in all of the public areas with the exception of the breakfast room.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
