• Voucher is valid until Sun 26 Mar 2023; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24-26 Dec 2022 and 1 Jan 2023.
• Sessions time vary each month:
• - Oct  valid 7 days from 9.30am.
• - Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb valid Sat - Sun from 9.30am.
• - March dates will be released nearer the time
• Additional sessions will be added subject to demand.  A full list of dates and times available can be found here.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.
• Suitable for ages 16yrs+.
• Duration approx. 2 - 3hrs.
• Minimum height 1.4m, maximum weight 20.5 stone (130kg).
• Dress appropriately for the weather. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty and closed toe and heel shoes with flat soles.
• Stomach must be covered and long hair must be tied back. Gloves are recommended.
• Experience does require a degree of physical fitness, if you can climb a rope ladder you should be fine. Instructors are on hand to help and support you.

• Meeting point: The Park entrance is less than five minutes from Edinburgh City By-pass. The main vehicle entrance is King’s Gate, a left turn shortly after Sheriffhall Roundabout on the A6106. The Park postcode is EH22 1ST or you can find it on what3words. Larger vehicle drivers please be aware this entrance has a height restriction of 2.7m so you’ll need to enter via Town Gate.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
