• Voucher is valid from Sat 14 Nov 2020 until Sun 31 Oct 2021; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 2 Jan, 15-19 Feb, 1-18 Apr and 1 Jun - 31 Aug 2021.
• Sessions run every half hour or every 45 minutes:
• - Sep: Fri hourly from 9am - 3pm, Sat half hour from 9am - 4pm, Sun hourly from 9am - 3pm.
• - Oct: Mon - Fri 9am, 10.30am, 12noon and 1.30pm only, Sat - Sun hourly from 9am - 1pm.
• - Nov: Thur - Sun 9am - 12.45pm.
• - Dec - Jan : Sat - Sun 9am - 12noon.
• - Feb: Mon - Sun 10am - 2pm.
• - Mar: Sat - Sun 9.30am - 2.30pm.
• - Apr: Mon - Sun 9.30am - 3pm.
• - May: Sat - Sun 9.30am - 4pm. Mon hourly from 9.30am - 3.30pm.
• Additional sessions will be added subject to demand.  A full list of dates and times available can be found here.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.
• Suitable for ages 10yrs+. Under 16yrs must be supervised by a participating adult aged 18yrs+.
• Max of 2 children supervised per 1 adult.
• Option 1: Voucher is valid for a child aged 10 - 15yrs.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid for an adult aged 16yrs+.
• Duration approx. 2 - 3hrs.
• Minimum height 1.4m, maximum weight 20.5 stone (130kg).
• Dress appropriately for the weather. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty and closed toe and heel shoes with flat soles.
• Stomach must be covered and long hair must be tied back. Gloves are recommended.
• Experience does require a degree of physical fitness, if you can climb a rope ladder you should be fine. Instructors are on hand to help and support you.

• Meeting point: From Peebles follow the A72 towards Galashiels for 1.5 miles and the entrance for Glentress is signposted to the left hand side. Coming from the east take the A72 towards Peebles and just after the village of Cardrona (and MacDonald Hotel) the entrance for Glentress is signposted to the right. The Go Ape course is approx 500m (a 10-minute walk) from the bike shop and cafe, up a gentle hill into the forest. There is a car park next to the Go Ape Cabin.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
