• Voucher is valid from Thu 13 May 2021 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, Mon - Sat 9.30am - 5pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Jun 2021 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
• Group bookings permitted. Max 2 people; subject to availability.
• Multiple purchases are permitted.
• Valid with Charlie and Emily only.
• Treatment duration: cut and blow dry approx. 45 mins, colour, cut and blow dry approx. 2.5 hours.
• Option 2: Patch test is required 48 hours in advance; please discuss direct. Over 16s only.
• Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding and for those suffering from cancer or in remission.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
