• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2016 until Tue 31 Jan 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24, 25, 26 & 31 Dec 2016.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 3 Jan 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on multiple nights.
• Early check in 1pm, late check out 12 noon. 
• Double or twin standard room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded to family or four poster rooms; subject to availability, please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

• Menu is subject to change. 
• 2 course dinner will be served in Greens Restaurant. Starter can be chosen from the starter menu or individual portion from sharing menu, alternatively a dessert may be chosen. Supplement of £3 applies for Hot Box starter, £2.50 for New York Strip Steak and £5.50 for T-bone steak; payable directly to hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted up to the age of 12 yrs old are additional £20 per child B&B. Max of one child per room; one extra bed is permitted per room.
• Sorry, no pets permitted. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
