• Voucher is valid from 1 Nov 2015 until 17 Jan 2016, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2015 - 2 Jan 2016.
• Voucher must be booked by 23 Dec 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Saturday supplement of £50.00 per room, per night.  Please pay Greywalls direct.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used on consecutive nights stay.
• Purchase option two includes a three course dinner on the first night, a sample of the menu can be viewed here
• Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Children under 12 free of charge, one child per room, subject to availability.  
• Supplementary charge of £85 per child per night for 12 and above, cost includes additional bed in room, please discuss directly with the hotel when booking your stay. 
• Upgrade to large double available at £25.00 per night.  Please discuss with hotel directly at time of booking.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am.
• Free onsite parking.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
