Small print

Voucher is valid from 4 Sept 2017 until 25 Jan 2018, Mon – Thurs (check in Mon – Wed), 3pm-9.30pm; subject to availability. 

Excludes Fri and Sat and 6 - 29 Oct 2017 and 15 Dec 2017 – 7 Jan 2018.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 21 Dec (we don’t want you to miss out!).  

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.    

Multiple purchases not permitted. One voucher can be purchased per person.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with the venue.

Free onsite parking available. 

Please note no linen or towels are provided. Pillows, pillow cases, sleeping bag and liners are available for a supplementary cost of £2; please discuss directly with Ecocamp.

£150 security deposit to be paid by credit card is required to be paid at the time of booking and will be refunded on check-out minus any applicable costs.  

Max 3 children permitted; must be included in the headcount.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted; any damages must be paid before departing.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.  

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
