- Crispy calamari lightly-fried and served with lemon mayonnaise and a hint of black pepper

- Gusto classic burger served in a brioche bun with melted mozzarella and accompanied by skin-on fries dusted in Italian seasoning
- Salmon fillet and Mediterranean cous cous served with tenderstem broccoli, sweet potato aioli, topped with almond flakes and extra virgin olive oil
- Roasted chicken supreme with fresh, creamy tarragon sauce, mushrooms and crispy polenta
