Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 15 Dec 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days, 11am, 12.30pm, 2pm and 3pm; subject to availability and events within the stadium.
• Excludes 24 – 26, 31 Dec 2018 and 1, 2 Jan 2019 and dates around match days.
• Queen's Park FC match days are not excluded however some tours may not be available; please check with the Museum to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Duration: approx. 2hrs.
• Adult ticket: ages 16+.
• Suitable for all ages; under 16’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Under 5’s are free and are not included in the family ticket. Ages 5 – 16 need a ticket or need to be part of a family ticket.
• Meeting point: main stadium reception desk in the South Stand where you will be directed to the shop and museum reception desk.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
