Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 24th Nov 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Wed, Sat & Sun 12noon - 2pm and Sat & Sun 2.30pm - 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made online at least 48 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Under 4s are free; please note, the walking tour is quite hilly. 
• Duration approx. 2hrs.
• Max of 40 people per tour group.
• Members must be able to comfortably walk for 2 hours.
• Meeting point: outside museum on the Mound.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Weather dependent.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
