• Voucher is valid from Mon 31 Oct 2016 until Thur 22 Dec 2016, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.
• Friday and Saturdays are subject to £10 per night supplement; payable directly to hotel.
• Please note Saturday nights are excluded for one night stays; Saturday nights are permitted on a minimum two night stay basis.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 22 Nov 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Voucher is non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am.
• Double or twin standard rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a feature room for a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 dinner is 2 courses each from set menu; subject to change.
• Free parking available.
• Includes access to Leisure centre with pool, hydro seat, bio-sauna and exercise room.
• Children permitted; Under 3’s stay free, ages 3 – 12 years £5 BB or £10 DBB, ages 13+ or extra adult £10 BB or £15 DBB; payable directly to hotel.

• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night per pet; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 pet.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
