• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Aug 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 24 Aug 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Please check timetable for available class times here.
• Duration: classes are 60-90 mins depending on class chosen.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Sorry, multiple purchases not permitted; only one voucher redeemable per person.
• Suitable for beginners and all levels of fitness and ability.
• Suitable for ages 16+; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Max of 24 people per class.
• Recommended clothing:  women - shorts, leggings, T-shirts / vest, crop tops; men - shorts / lycras / tracksuit bottoms, T-shirts, vest.
• Please bring along a large towel, yoga mat and a large bottle of water.
• Yoga mats and towels can be hired; water is available to buy for £1.
• It is best not to attend class on a full stomach and practising on an empty stomach is not recommended.
• Members can leave their belongings on shelves within the room.
• Please note there are no changing rooms; members can use toilets for changing if required.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
