Small print

• Oct – Nov: Voucher is valid from Mon 21 Oct 2019 until Thur 28 Nov 2019, Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays, Saturdays and 5 – 7, 11 Nov 2019. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 7 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Dec - Mar: Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec 2019 until Tue 1 Sept 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays, Saturdays in March, 3 – 4, 6 – 7, 25, 31 Dec 2019, 1 – 3 Jan, 14 – 15, 18 – 23 Feb and 4 – 7 Mar 2020. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 25 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £35 for Saturday stays during December – February.
• Online bookings only; credit or debit card details will be required at time of booking; no payment will be taken but may be used for late cancellation or non arrival charges.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert from the Prix Fixe menu.
• Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Children permitted; additional beds can be included for a supplementary charge of £30; subject to room type and availability; please call hotel directly to discuss.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog; payable directly to hotel.
• Limited parking available.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
