• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jan 2019 until Tues 26 Feb 2019, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays, Saturdays, 21-23 Jan, 14, 17 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 31 Jan 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard Double or Twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert from the Prix Fixe menu
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Includes a bottle of red, white or rose wine on arrival; can be replaced with a soft drink alternative to the equivalent value.
• Children permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 for additional beds depending on room type; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
