Small print

• Voucher is valid until 19th March 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Weekend availability always fills up quickly. Members are advised to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be booked by 27th Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Excludes: 19th Dec 2015 – 4th Jan 2016 Inc. & 12th – 15th Feb 2016
• One voucher can be purchased per member
• Dogs permitted; additional £7 per dog, per stay. Max of 2 dogs per lodge. 
• Children permitted; must be included in total head count of lodge. 
• For children aged 2 and under travel cots can be provided at a supp charge of £5 per cot – payable direct on check in
• Check in from 2pm, check out at 10am. 
• Free onsite parking available. 
• Self catering lodges available depending on 2 or 4 people; 2 people are in double room, 4 people in double and twin room. 
• Multiple vouchers cannot  be used for consecutive night stays however stays may be extended for an additional charge starting from £40; subject to availability; please discuss at time of booking. 
• Electricity is supplied via a £1 coin meter, average surcharge is £8 – £12 per night depending on weather. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
