• Voucher is valid until Wed 3 Aug 2016, Tues – Sat 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sunday and Monday.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 20 Jul 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Sorry, multiple purchases not permitted. 
• Max of 1 voucher per member.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Excludes re-styles. 
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss with salon at time of booking.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• All stylists are SVQ Level 2/3 Qualified.
• Patch test required is not required but advised to have one 24 hours prior to highlights appointment.
• Highlights option inc a supplementary charge of £5.50 if toner is required. A £30 supplement charge to upgrade to a full head of highlights; payable direct to the salon.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
