Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 5 May 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard inland view room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per night: harbour view £20 or sea view £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 includes a £25 per person dinner allowance towards food and excludes drinks; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel when booking. Option 3 dinner allowance is on the first night only.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival; cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Children permitted; ages 5 and under require a supplementary charge of £20 per child per night and ages 5 – 12 years are £30 per child per night; payble directly to hotel. Ages 12+ require their own room as fold up beds are suitable for ages 12 and under only. Meals paid for as taken.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £8 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
