Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Nov 2017 until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Option 1 requires a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2017 - 5 Jan, 8 Jan - 5 Feb and 18 - 20 Feb 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm – 6pm, check-out 8am – 11am.
• Standard or standard sea view double or twin room available; subject to availability.
• Room can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: luxury room £80 and a suite £100; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted; babies stay free, children aged 2 - 18 require a supplementary charge of £95 per night inc breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 child per room.
• Pets are not permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
