Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Jul 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 14 - 29 Jul 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10:30am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted free of charge. 
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink of sparkling elderflower or rose lemonade.
• Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten/wheat free options available for lunch.
• Boat trip duration approx. 3hrs. Times will be finalised in advance & confirmed by hotel on arrival. Warm clothes, waterproofs & sturdy footwear are advisable. There may be up to 2 other people on the boat. Trip is weather dependent and the decision to sail will be made by the skipper. If the trip cannot go ahead you will receive afternoon tea, light lunch, glass of Prosecco & a bottle of wine as replacement.
• Wheelchair access available. Please note, the boat trip is not wheelchair accessible.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
