• Voucher is valid from Thu 10 Mar 2022 until Thu 30 Jun 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £35 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 9 Jun 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10:30am. 
• Double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a family room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night:; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted; requires an upgrade to a family room.
• No pets permitted. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
