- Hot-smoked Suffolk salmon and whipped herby ricotta on crunchy sourdough with freshly-grated horseradish
- Potato gnocchi stuffed with gorgonzola piccante, served with grated Bella Lodi and spicy Sicilian tomato sauce
- Famous prawn linguine with Scottish langoustine tails, fennel, tomatoes, chilli, saffron, fish broth & lemony rocket
- Free-range, slow-cooked pork belly stuffed with apricot, apple, fennel & garlic, served with braised red cabbage, pan juices & smashed crackling
- Roasted baby chicken with pigs in blankets, proper bread sauce & gravy
