• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Jan 2018 until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm. 
• Classic double or twin room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Superior room £10, Deluxe room £20 and Junior suite £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 5 course tasting menu; subject to change. 
• A supplementary charge of £7.50 is required for selection of French cheeses; payable directly to hotel.
• Gluten/wheat free and vegetarian options available - please advise at time of booking.
• Wine flight pairings can be added with tasting menu for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 2’s stay free, ages 3-11 require a supplementary charge of £20 per child per night and ages 12+ are classed as adults; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. All meals are charged as taken.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
