• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Jul 2018 until Fri 31 Aug 2018, Mon & Fri 11am, 1.30pm or 3.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes: Tue, Wed, Thur, Sat and Sun. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking and vouchers are non-refundable once booked with Deep Sea World. £25 admin fee applies for rescheduling; payable directly to Deep Sea World.
• Multiple purchases permitted. Max of 4 vouchers per person.
• Duration approx. 2 hrs.
• Suitable for ages 8-15 years old. For suit size, child must be a minimum height of 117cm (46 inches).
• Includes access for one spectating adult; additional spectators can be added for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Deep Sea World at time of booking.
• Being able to swim is not a requirement for this experience but you do need to be confident in the water.
• Full instruction is provided. Divers will be on a supported platform surrounded by the fish and sharks, and accompanied at all times by dive instructors. Maximum depth is 2 meters.
• The dive can be viewed from either the tanks surface or underwater dry-side in the aqua tunnel.
• Max of 4 people per group.
• Bronze photo package includes 4 photos (6 x 8). Upgrade available: £20 for CD-ROM with all images taken by expert photographer; please discuss at time of booking.
• Spare clothes are required. Comfortable clothing to be worn underneath dry suit. Leggings/jogging bottoms and a long sleeve top/t-shirt are recommended.
• All equipment and dive suits are provided. 
• Members cannot wear glasses during dive, contact lenses are advised.
• Members cannot fly for 12 hours after dive.
• No height/weight restrictions.
• Cameras are not permitted in the tank.
• All divers must fill out medical questionnaire and bring it along with them on the day; document can be downloaded from Deep Sea World’s website here. If members answer ‘Yes’ to any questions, a GP letter would be required to complete the dive. Failure to fill out form may result in dive being cancelled and vouchers will not be refunded in these circumstances.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
