• Voucher is valid from Thu 22 Jul 2021 until Thu 30 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes 24 - 26 Dec 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £16 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 30 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Early check-in 12noon, late check-out 2pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive room - £20; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes complimentary water and biscuits, newspaper, 10% lunch/dinner discount in the hotel during stay and a complimentary regular Costa coffee per guest.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Continental breakfast is currently delivered to your room due to Covid-19.
• Max of 2 children permitted free of charge in a double/single bed room; children are classed as ages 0 - 11 years. Extra bed/cot can be provided; subject to availability. All meals to be paid as taken. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
