Voucher is valid until Wed 29 Jun 2016, 7 days, 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. 

Excludes 30 Apr – 2 May, 27 – 30 May 2016 and the Fairy Tale Forest evening event on 11 & 12 June 2016.

Advanced booking not required. 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.  

Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.

Ticket permits full day entry.

No age restrictions; Children classed as 15 years old and under and must be accompanied by an adult.

Entry to the indoor playbarn is £1.50 per child.

Does not include entry into the castle.

Dogs permitted, must be kept on a lead at all times.

Wheelchair access available only in certain areas of the grounds.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
