Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 3 - 4, 23 - 24 Apr, 1 - 2 May and 25 - 26 Jun 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £50 is required for per cottage per night for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Options 1 & 2: two bed cottage sleeping up to four; all double bedrooms. Lodges include Ben More, Ben Lomond, Ben Hope and Mollys.
• Options 3 & 4: three bed cottage sleeping up to six; all double bedrooms. Lodges include Brae and Cairntoul.
• Cottages with hot tubs available at a supplement of £25 per night; please liaise directly with Kenmore Lodges.
• Stay can be extended; please discuss directly with Kenmore Lodges.
• Credit card details will be taken at check in instead of a security deposit; please discuss directly with the venue.
• Children permitted and counted as part of the overall headcount. Under 3s stay free of charge and are not included in overall headcount; own cot is required.
• Max of 1 dog permitted a supplementary charge of £20 per night in the 2-bed cottages; payable directly to hotel. Please note pets are not permitted in the 3-bed cottages. Please note pet friendly lodges do not have hot tubs.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
