Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Sun 22 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £50 is required for per lodge per night for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Options 1 & 2: two bed lodge sleeping up to four; all double bedrooms. Stay can be extended for an extra £99 per night; please discuss directly with Kenmore Lodges.
• Options 3 & 4: three bed lodge sleeping up to six; all double bedrooms. Stay can be extended for an extra £129 per night; please discuss directly with Kenmore Lodges.
• Lodges with hot tubs available at a supplement of £25 per night; please liaise directly with Kenmore Lodges.
• Credit card details will be taken at check in instead of a security deposit; please discuss directly with the venue.
• Children permitted and counted as part of the overall head count. Under 3s stay free of charge and are not included in overall headcount; own cot is required.
• Max of 1 dog permitted a supplementary charge of £20 per night in the 2-bed lodges; payable directly to hotel. Please note pets are not permitted in the 3-bed lodges.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
