Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Sep 2018 until Thu 20 Dec 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 7, 8, 14, 15 Sep, 16 Nov, 7 Dec 2018, and all Mondays and Tuesdays in Nov and Dec 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sat 1 Dec 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin classic rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per night for the following: heritage room £20 or lake view room £40; payable directly to hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Cream tea is served between 3.30pm - 5pm. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available; please provide 48hrs notice and organise with hotel.
• Max of 1 child permitted; ages 12 and under require a supplementary charge of £20 for an extra bed or cot inc breakfast; additional children may require interconnecting rooms, please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available within public areas.  No accessible bedrooms.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
