• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Fri 28 Feb 2020, valid Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Bookings can be taken from Thu 24 Oct.
• Excludes Saturdays and 19 Dec 2019 - 4 Jan, 13 - 16 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 10 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases not permitted. 
• Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 1pm.
• Lake view room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel. 
• Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 2: Includes £25pp dinner allowance. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.
• Children permitted; please discuss with hotel if you require a cot.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
