Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Sep 2021 until Fri 1 Apr 2022, Wed 9:30am - 2:30pm, Thu 9:30am - 7pm, Fri 9:30am - 4pm and Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Tue.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 1 hr 15 mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 2 hrs 45 mins. Patch test required at least 48 hours in advance; please discuss directly. Maximum 2 colours permitted.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
