• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jun 2021 until Wed 31 Aug 2022, Wed 9:30am - 2:30pm, Thu 9:30am - 7pm, Fri 9:30am - 4pm and Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Tue.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Approx. duration - Option 1: 45 mins, option 2: 1 hr, option 3: 1 hr 15 mins, option 4: 2 hrs 30 mins.
• Please note there is a £10 supplement for long hair, please discuss directly with salon.
• Option 4: Patch test required at least 48 hours in advance; please discuss directly. Maximum 2 colours permitted. Please note that a supplement for long hair will apply.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Please note that offer is for new clients only; not valid for any existing appointments or with any loyalty offers.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
