Small print

• Voucher is valid until Tue 19 Sept 2017, Mon - Fri 10am - 8.30pm and Sat 10am - 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 5 Sept 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• LVL lashes and brow shaping: multiple voucher purchases are not permitted; max of 1 per person. 
• LVL lashes and brow shaping duration: approx. 60 – 70 mins; treatment last up to 2 weeks. Over 18’s only.
• A patch test is required for LVL lashes and brow shaping at least 48 hours in advance; please discuss directly with salon.
• Elemis facial and massage: multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Elemis facial and massage duration: approx. 60 mins. Over 16’s only.
• Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Deal is valid for fully qualified therapists.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
