• Voucher is valid from Sat 15 Sept 2018 until Fri 21 Dec 2018, Sept – Oct 7 days, Nov – Dec Tue – Sat; subject to availability.
• Excluding Sundays and Mondays in November and December 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £40 is required for Saturday nights; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 21 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• Voucher is non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
• Double or twin standard garden view or loch view room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel at check-in.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free parking available.
• No children permitted.
• Dogs are permitted free of charge and dog friendly rooms are available; please discuss directly with hotel when booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
