Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jul 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, valid 7 days 9am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 29 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online booking only; only 1 voucher can be redeemed at once.
• Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Adult tickets are for over 13s, child tickets are for 12 years and under. Under 2's are free of charge but will require a ticket; please purchase directly.
• Option 5: Includes two fairy dusts.
• Any additional people and fairy dust can be booked and paid for when booking itison voucher.
• Duration approx: 1 hr.
• Trail is all outdoors, please wear suitable clothing and shoes.
• Meeting point: Faerie Café at Luss visitor's centre car park.
• Not recommended for buggies and pushchairs.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.  
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
