• Voucher is valid from Sat 16 Jan 2021 until Sun 27 Jun 2021; subject to availability.
• Excludes trail bookings during 1 - 31 Mar 2021.
• Online redemption only; only 1 voucher can be redeemed per transaction
• At least one trail ticket must be purchased per transaction. Adult tickets - 13yrs+, child tickets - 12 years & under; under 2's are FOC but require a ticket. 
• Items available are subject to change. Items ordered are collected on arrival at the trail. 
• Once redeemed the voucher/tickets are non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.
• Voucher spend is not valid on tutus or faerie doors.
• Vouchers must be redeemed on tickets and products in advance, and cannot be redeemed on arrival at Loch Lomond Faerie Trail. 
• Trail duration approx.: 1-2hrs and outdoors, please wear suitable clothing and shoes.
• Meeting point: Loch Lomond Adventures at Luss carpark.
• Not recommended for buggies and pushchairs.
• Please note, although tickets are timed Loch Lomond Faerie Trail is flexible on entry. Please arrive within 1 hour either side of your booked time.
• Kids eat free at the nearby Loch Lomond Arms; 1 child eats free with 1 adult ordering a main course, please discuss when booking.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.  
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
