Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 21 May 2018 until Thur 30 Aug 2018, Mon – Thur, Mon arrivals only; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays – Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 2 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• If members wish to be greeted on arrival you will need to arrive between 4pm - 5.30pm.
• Double rooms available.
• 2 bedroom cottages sleeps up to six: 2 double beds and pull out sofa in the living area.
• 3 bedroom cottages sleeps eight: 3 double beds and pull out sofa in the living area.
• Hot tub hire must be requested at time of booking; £139 for a hot tub in the two bedroom cottage and £159 for a hot tub in the three bedroom cottage, subject to availability; please discuss directly with The Old Schoolhouse.
• Please note a security deposit of £200 will be taken by The Old Schoolhouse before your stay; security deposits are usually refunded no longer than 10 working day after departure minus any applicable costs.
• Free onsite parking for two cars.
• Children are permitted and are included in the overall headcount.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog; payable directly to The Old Schoolhouse.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
