Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 18 Sept 2017 until Fri 15 Dec 2017, Mon – Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Friday – Sunday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 30 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• If members wish to be greeted on arrival you will need to arrive between 4pm - 5.30pm.
• Double rooms available.
• Option 1: two double beds & one sofa bed.
• Option 2: three double beds & one sofa bed.
• Hot tub hire must be requested at time of booking; £139 for a 4 person hot tub and £159 for a 5-6 person hot tub. The 5-6 person hot tub can only be booked with the three-bedroom cottages; subject to availability; please discuss directly with The Old Schoolhouse.
• Please note a security deposit of £200 will be taken by The Old Schoolhouse at time of booking; security deposits are usually refunded no longer than 10 working day after departure.
• Free onsite parking for two cars.
• Children are permitted and are included in the overall headcount.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog; payable directly to The Old Schoolhouse.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
