• Voucher is valid until Fri 29 Sept 2017, Sun – Fri 9am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Sept 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Online bookings only.
• Weekend bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking; one reschedule is permitted 7 days before your booking.
• Participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to start time.
• Option 1 duration approx. 20mins
• Option 2 duration approx. 40mins.
• Multiple purchases permitted. 
• Participants must sign waiver.
• Suitable for ages 5+; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Max of 6 people per group.
• No height restrictions.
• Participants must weigh less than 18 stone and be fully mobile.
• No swimming experience needed, buoyancy aid supplied and must be worn.
• Wet suits are supplied for a supplementary charge of £2; payable directly to Loch Lomond Leisure.
• Cancellations may occur due to adverse weather conditions; in such instances another date will be made available.

• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
